Our Depreciation Schedule Input Service is designed to simplify your property investment management by handling the input of your depreciation schedules into TaxTank. For $22 per schedule, we ensure accurate data entry and notify you once the process is complete.

Step 1: Purchase the service

  1. Log in to your TaxTank account.

  2. Click on the 'Book Consultation' button on the 'Need expert accounting advice?' widget on the dashboard.

  3. Choose the service that aligns with how many depreciation schedules you have to input into TaxTank. Select a date and time (this is just to book the service), add your details and then make your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email upon successful payment.

Step 2: Send us your depreciation schedules

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to provide us with your depreciation schedules. Here are the options:

  1. Reply to the Email: Attach your depreciation schedule(s) directly to the email you receive requesting your schedule(s).

  2. Upload via Chat: Log in to your TaxTank account, open the chat feature, and upload your files directly within the platform.

Make sure your schedules are in one of the following formats: PDF, Excel, or Word. This helps us process your request quickly.

Step 3: Invite TaxTank Support

To ensure that we can input your deprecation schedule(s) for you, we need access to your account. Please make sure TaxTank Support is invited from the dashboard.

💡If it already has a label that says 'Invited', that means we already have access.

Step 4: We take care of the rest

  1. Once we receive your schedules, our team will input the data into your TaxTank account within 3-5 business days. Even though you've booked a time in our calendar, we don't need to meet with you in person 😊

  2. You’ll receive a notification when the upload is complete.

  3. Log in to your TaxTank account to review the uploaded details.

Q: What if I don’t have a digital copy of my depreciation schedule?
A: If your depreciation schedule is only available in hard copy, we recommend scanning it to a PDF or taking clear photos of each page before sending it to us.

Q: Can I send multiple schedules at once?
A: Yes, you can send multiple schedules in one email or chat message. Please note that the $22 fee applies to each individual schedule so you must book and pay for the correct service first.

Q: How do I know if my schedules have been uploaded?
A: You’ll receive a confirmation chat once the date input is complete. You can also log in to your TaxTank account to view the details.

Q: What if I notice an error in the uploaded data?
A: Contact our support team immediately through the chat feature in TaxTank, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
