Everything lives in one place.
Where to Find Quotes
Go to Sole Tank
Select the Quotes tab
Click + Add Quote
From here, you’ll create your quote in three simple steps.
How to create a Quote
Step 1 – Client & Details
Select or create a Contact
Enter a Quote Number
Add an Expiry Date (so you can track when it lapses)
💡 Expiry dates help you follow up and keep your pipeline moving.
Step 2 – Line Items & Notes
Add your products or services
Adjust quantities and pricing
Include any client-facing notes
This is what your client will see, so keep it clear and professional.
Step 3 – Preview & Send
Before sending, you can:
Preview the quote
Save it as a Draft
Or Save & Send via your own email
Saving as Draft lets you come back and refine before sending.
How to track your Quote status
Inside the Quotes tab, you’ll see separate status filters:
Draft
Pending
Accepted
Declined
Invoices
This makes it easy to see exactly where every quote sits.
To manage a quote, click the three dots (⋯) and choose:
View
Copy
Edit
Accept
Decline
Simple. No messy admin.
