You can add comments to your invoices to include extra notes or information for your client (for example, payment terms or additional details about the service provided).
Step 1: Open an invoice
Go to Sole Tank
Select the Invoices tab
Either:
Create a new invoice, or
Edit an existing invoice
Step 2: Complete invoice details
In Step 1, enter your invoice details (client, items, amounts, etc.).
Then move to Step 2, where you’ll see the Comments section.
Step 3: Add your comments
Type your text into the Comments field
You can expand the comments box using the bottom-right corner of the field for easier editing
If your comments exceed the available space, they will automatically flow onto a new page of the invoice
