How to update payment details or cancel your subscription

Managing your subscription in TaxTank is quick and easy. This article will show you how to:

  1. Update payment details

  2. Cancel subscription

Simply head to 'My Account' in the left hand menu, select the 'Subscription' tab, and then choose the 'Manage Subscription' button to open the Stripe Billing page.

1. Update payment details

From the Stripe Billing page select '+ Add payment method' to add new credit card details. Then select the 3 dots to choose the default credit card for payments and/or to remove an old card.

When you're done select 'Return to TaxTank'

2. Cancel Subscription

From the Stripe Billing page select 'Cancel Plan' to open the cancel your subscription page. Then select the 'Cancel Plan' button to confirm.

Your plan will be canceled, but is still available until the end of your billing period. And,
if you change your mind, you can renew your subscription at any time.

When you're done select 'Return to TaxTank'
