A: Yes! On your dashboard, find the Need onboarding help? section and click the Book Consultation button. You can choose a 30- or 60-minute one-to-one session.
Q: What will happen during the session?
A: A member of our team will guide you through your account, answer any questions, and help you get set up with features like bank feeds, depreciation schedules, or property entries.
Q: How do I prepare for my session?
A: Have your account details and any questions ready. If you’re working on something specific, like entering properties or connecting your bank, it helps to have that prepared so we can make the session productive.
Q: Can I reschedule or cancel my session?
A: Yes. You can manage your booking on the same page. Please reschedule or cancel in advance to free up your slot for someone else.
