Pausing a savings or debt goal temporarily stops the goal from actively tracking your scheduled contributions or repayments. This is useful if you’re taking a break from saving, adjusting your budget, or regrouping on your repayment plan.
What changes when a goal is paused?
If you selected “Display in calendar” when the goal was created, pausing the goal will:
Remove all upcoming scheduled payments from your calendar until the goal is resumed.
This means you won’t see any future savings contributions or debt repayment reminders while the goal is paused.
What doesn’t change?
Your goal details (target amount, notes, image, and linked account) stay exactly the same unless edited.
Your progress remains saved.
You can resume the goal at any time, and your scheduled payments will reappear in the calendar from the date you restart.
