A PayID lets your clients pay you using something simple like your email address or mobile number instead of a BSB and account number. It makes payments faster and easier for your customers.
You would add a PayID if:
Your bank account has a PayID registered with your bank, and
You want it to appear automatically on your invoices as a payment option.
Step 1: Go to Bank Feeds
From your dashboard, select Bank Feeds
Find the bank account you use for receiving invoice payments
Step 2: Add or edit your PayID
Select the three dots (β―) on the bank account tile
Choose Edit PayID from the dropdown menu
Enter your PayID (for example, your email address or mobile number)
Save your changes
Step 3: Use PayID on your invoices
Once your PayID has been added:
It will automatically appear in the Payment Details section of your invoices
Simply select this bank account when creating or editing an invoice
Your client will then see the PayID as a payment option on the invoice

You can update or change your PayID at any time from Bank Feeds
Adding a PayID does not affect your bank feed connection
