How to delete manual bank transactions

Learn how to delete manual bank transactions easily, whether you've made a mistake, imported the wrong data, or created duplicate entries.

Sometimes, you may need to delete manual bank transactions from your account. This could happen if you’ve accidentally imported the wrong transactions, created duplicates, or simply need to clear out old, unneeded entries. Whatever the reason, deleting these transactions is easy. Follow the steps below to ensure your records stay clean and accurate.

If the transactions are not yet allocated:

  1. Go to the Reconcile tab.

  2. Scroll to the transaction you want to delete.

  3. Click on the three dots (⋮) on the right-hand side.

  4. Select Delete.

💡Tip: You can also bulk undo and delete by selecting multiple transactions at once.

If the transactions are already allocated:

  • Go to the Transaction tab, select the transactions you want to delete(you can do this individually or in bulk).

  • Undo the allocations by clicking "Redo All" button on the right hand side of the transactions

  • Once undone, return to the Reconcile tab.

  • Click on the three dots (⋮) next to the transaction and click Delete.
