Step-by-Step Guide
Open the Chat Icon
Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen to open the support widget.If you’re already in a conversation with our team or the AI agent, click the back arrow at the top of the chat to return to the chat home screen.
From there, scroll to the bottom of the chat screen to the Create a Ticket widget.
Create a Ticket
In the widget, choose the option to create a ticket.
Select the ‘Change Email Address’ ticket type.
Provide Your Details
Enter your current email address linked to your account.
Enter the new email address you’d like to use.
Double-check both addresses for accuracy.
Submit the Ticket
Click submit, and our support team will take care of the rest!
What Happens Next?
Our team will review your request.
We’ll notify you once the email address has been updated or if further verification is required.
Please note it can take 3-7 working days for a change of email address to occur.

Q: How do I change the email address shown on my Sole Tank invoices?
The email address shown on your invoices is linked to your TaxTank account and can’t be changed separately within Sole Tank at the moment.
To use your business email on invoices, you’ll need to submit a ticket requesting that your TaxTank account email address be changed:
Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.
Return to the chat home screen.
Scroll down and select Create a Ticket.
Choose Change Email Address.
Enter your current email address and the new business email address, then submit the request.
Please note that this will also change the email address you use to log in to TaxTank.
