Updated over 2 weeks ago

If you’ve sold, transferred, or are no longer managing a property, you can simply deactivate it. This keeps your records intact, removes it from active tracking, and stops any charges related to that property. Better still, you can reactivate it anytime if needed.

Step 1: Navigate to the Property

  1. Go to Property Tank.

  2. Select the property you want to deactivate.

Step 2: Change the Property Status

  1. Click Edit Property Details.

  2. Change the status to Inactive.

  3. Save your changes.

Once deactivated, the property will no longer be included in live tax calculations, and you won’t be charged for it. However, all historical data will remain accessible.

Need to reactivate the property for tax purposes?

Need to bring it back? Simply follow the same steps and set the status back to Active.

💡 Tip: If you want to delete a property permanently, ensure all transactions and data are removed first.
