Updated over a week ago

If you’ve sold, transferred, or are no longer managing a property, you can deactivate it at any time. This keeps all your records intact, removes the property from active tracking, and stops any charges related to it. Better still, you can reactivate it just as easily if needed.

To Deactivate a Property:

  1. Go to My Account.

  2. Under your Property Tank subscription, click the dropdown to view all properties.

  3. Find the property you want to deactivate.

  4. Click the toggle next to the property name to switch it off.

Once deactivated:

  • The property will be excluded from live tax calculations.

  • You’ll no longer be charged for it.

  • All historical data remains accessible.

To Reactivate a Property:

Just head back to the same dropdown under My Account > Property Tank subscription and click the toggle again to switch it back on.

💡 Tip: Want to permanently delete a property? Make sure you’ve removed all associated transactions and data first.
