Sometimes, if you need extra help, our support team might ask you to invite TaxTank Support to check your TaxTank and see what's happening.
To do this, go to the dashboard and find the 'Invite TaxTank Support' option in the bottom right corner. Click on 'I agree', then 'Send Invite'.
If you want to stop TaxTank Support from accessing your account, you can do that anytime by right-clicking on the three dots in the widget and choosing 'Revoke Access'.
Please note: inviting TaxTank Support is only used when our team needs access to your account to investigate or resolve a specific issue. It is not used for one-on-one onboarding or guided setup. If you’d like personalised help getting started, you can book a one-on-one session instead.
