If we can't match your transfer, you will receive a warning notice from TaxTank.
This could happen if the bank hasn't sent us the information yet, or if you accidentally selected the wrong account.
First, check the correct bank account to see if you can find the transaction. If you can find it but still can't transfer, make sure the transaction is within the last five days. This is the limit we put on transfers to ensure accuracy.
If you're still unable to find the match, we suggest categorising the transaction as personal. You can either create a custom personal category or use the standard categories like Personal Income - Other or Personal Expenses - Other.
