When setting up your bank accounts with Basiq, you may notice that some credit cards are automatically classified as a 'Loan Account,' requiring you to select a loan type.
Unfortunately, this isn't something we can adjust on our end as it's determined by your bank.
To proceed with adding your credit card to TaxTank, please follow these steps:
Select Any Loan Type: Choose any loan type to continue.
Enter $0 for Loan-Related Questions: For fields asking about the original loan amount, redraw, and repayment type, simply enter $0.
Update Required Fields: Make sure all items marked with an asterisk (*) are filled out.
Rest assured, these details won't affect how your credit card information is handled in TaxTank.
