How to Submit a Ticket or Feature Request

Encountered an issue in TaxTank? Report tickets easily via our chat icon. Create a ticket and help us improve your experience!

At TaxTank, we’re committed to delivering a seamless experience. If you’ve encountered a bug, issue, or would like to submit a feature request, you can do this directly through our support chat.

Create a Ticket

Click the Home icon at the bottom of the chat window to return to the main support page.

You may need to scroll to the bottom of the pop-up window to find the Create a ticket section.

From here, select the ticket type that best matches your request:

• Change Email Address
• Duplicate Bank Transactions
• Missing Bank Transactions
• Discrepancy in TaxTank Balance
• Remove Property Co-Owner
• Report a Bug
• Request Ticker (for Shares or Crypto)
• Feature Request

Provide Details About the Issue or Request

Describe the issue or feature request in as much detail as possible.

Helpful information may include:

• Which Tank or area of TaxTank this relates to
• What you were trying to do
• What issue or limitation you encountered
• Steps to reproduce the problem (if applicable)
• How you would expect the feature to work
• Any screenshots, recordings or examples that may help explain the request

Submit the Ticket

Once completed, click Submit and our support team will review your request.

What Happens Next?

For bugs or issues, our team will investigate further and may contact you if additional information is required.

For feature requests, your feedback will be reviewed and passed on to our product team for consideration as part of future development planning.
