How to manage your TaxTank subscription

Discover how to effectively manage your TaxTank subscription to stay in control of your account and optimise your TaxTank experience.

Managing your subscription in TaxTank is quick and easy. This article will show you how to:

1. Upgrade Subscription

Simply head to 'My Account' in the top menu, select the 'Subscription' tab, and then choose the 'Upgrade Subscription' button to make any changes.

When you click the button, a pop up will appear allowing you to make changes to your subscription.

Once you've made your selection, simply click the 'Upgrade subscription' button and you're done.

2. Cancel Subscription

From the 'Subscription' tab, choose the 'Cancel Subscription' button end your subscription.

Once you click this button, you will be asked to confirm the cancellation.

Once you hit 'Confirm', your plan will be canceled, but is still available until the end of your billing period. And, if you change your mind, you can renew your subscription at any time.

3. Update Payment Method

To update your payment method, simply click on 'Add new card' on the payment method section.

If you would like to select the new card as your primary payment methodm hover over the card, and then seelct 'set as primary'.
