Managing your subscription in TaxTank is simple. You can upgrade your plan, cancel your subscription, manage a free trial, or update your payment method.
Here’s how:
Change Subscription
You can add, upgrade, or cancel any individual tank at any time without affecting the rest of your subscription. Go to My Account in the top menu, then select the Subscription tab. Click Upgrade Subscription, make your changes in the pop-up, and click Upgrade Subscription again to confirm.
Full Cancellation
If you want to cancel your entire subscription, go to My Account in the top menu, then select the Subscription tab and click Cancel Subscription. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you can reactivate any tank or your full subscription at any time.
Cancel Free Trial
If you are currently on a free trial, you cannot cancel before the 14-day period ends. At the end of your trial, your account will automatically become inactive.
Update Your Payment Method
To update your payment method, go to the payment section and click Add New Card. If you want the new card to be your primary payment method, hover over it and select Set as Primary.
