TaxTank offers a free trial with no credit card charges during the trial period. The trial will end automatically unless you choose to subscribe.
Subscription & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed in advance once activated. You may cancel at any time, which will prevent future renewals. Access continues until the end of the paid subscription term.
No Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. This means:
No refunds are issued for any portion of a paid subscription term.
No refunds are provided for unused time, partial use, or change of mind.
SaaS Agreement & Legal Rights
This policy operates in conjunction with the TaxTank SaaS Agreement accepted at sign-up. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
