FAQs
Q: My account is inactive. How can I cancel live bank feeds?
A: Live bank data stops as soon as your trial or subscription ends. Active consent automatically expires 12 months after it started. If you want to revoke consent sooner, you can do this directly through your bank. Search for “Open Banking” plus your bank’s name to find instructions on how to stop sharing your data.
