You can cancel an active subscription from the My Account page. Alternatively, if you’re currently in the trial period, your account will automatically go inactive at the end of the 14 days.

Inactive accounts are archived so you can come back at any time. Please note, any bank accounts are also disconnected at the end of the trial period and we no longer receive any further transaction data. You can reconnect your banks in the future if required.

If you receive a CDR reminder and want to revoke access after your trial has concluded, you will need to login to your internet banking and remove access on your bank's side.

We do not permanently delete data by default because we respect that users upload documentation that could be needed for tax purposes for up to 7 years.
