If you’ve connected multiple banks, your bank tiles may extend off the screen.
They haven’t disappeared, they’re most likely just out of view.
How to find missing bank tiles
On desktop
If you can’t see all your bank tiles:
Go to Bank Feeds
Look at the row of bank tiles at the top
Click and scroll left or right with your mouse or trackpad
This will reveal any additional bank tiles.
On mobile or tablet
Go to Bank Feeds
Swipe left or right across the bank tiles with your finger
Any hidden banks will slide into view.
Still can’t see your bank?
If you’ve scrolled or swiped and it’s still not there:
Click Add Bank and check if your bank is listed
If it is, you can connect it from there
If your bank doesn’t appear, clear your browser cache and turn off any VPN or ad blocker, as these can interfere with Open Banking
