Reconnecting a disconnected bank

If a previously connected bank shows as Disconnected on the bank tile:

  1. Find the bank tile for your account on the dashboard.

  2. Click the three dots (...) in the corner of the tile.

  3. Select Reconnect from the dropdown menu.

  4. Follow the prompts to restore the connection.

Reauthorising an expired bank connection

If your bank connection shows Expired or the bank tile is missing:

  1. Click the three dots (...) next to the expired bank tile and select Disconnect.

  2. After disconnecting, the Reconnect option will appear in the dropdown.

  3. Select Reconnect and follow the prompts to reactivate the feed.

Bank tile missing after expired consent

If your bank tile has disappeared completely after consent has expired, you’ll need to click Add Bank and set up the connection again. This usually only happens if consent has been expired for several months.

Don’t worry—none of your allocated transactions will be lost. You will, however, need to recreate any bank rules and re-enter loan details. This is a government-mandated requirement for Open Banking.
