What to do if your bank account stops updating

Learn how to fix a bank feed that’s not updating and when to contact support for help.

Updated yesterday

If your bank feed says it’s up to date but no new transactions are coming through, don’t worry — here’s what to try first.

Step 1: Reconnect the Bank Feed

Some banks hold transactions in a “pending” state for a few days before clearing them, so it’s worth waiting up to 7 days. If nothing changes after that, follow these steps:

How to Disconnect and Reconnect:

  1. Click the three dots on the bank tile.

  2. Select Disconnect.

  3. Wait for the tile to show Disconnected.

  4. Click the three dots again and choose Reconnect.

  5. Follow the prompts from your bank, making sure to select all the accounts you want linked.

  6. Allow up to 24 hours for new transactions to appear.

Step 2: Still Not Working?

If your transactions still aren’t coming through, reach out to our support team and include the following:

  • The name of the affected bank account

  • A screenshot from your online banking showing recent transactions

  • A support invite (here’s how to send one if you're not sure)

We'll investigate it from there.
