If you can see the account but can’t select it, this is usually due to bank-side permissions or account eligibility.

trust / business authority not completed
account not supported by Open Banking
account too new
account needs activation
What to do
Check with your bank that:
data sharing is enabled
the correct authority has been granted
the account is eligible for Open Banking
Then reconnect the bank in TaxTank.
