If you're having trouble selecting an account for use in TaxTank, it might mean your bank doesn't allow that account type in Open Banking, or you might need to update your data sharing permissions.

We recommend checking your data sharing permissions directly with your bank. Most banks have instructions on their websites on how to update and manage data sharing settings for Open Banking and include instructions for personal and business bank accounts.
